A one-off pickup day is a single date with its own menu, its own stops and its own cut-off. Use it for a holiday bake, a one-time market, or a trial run of something new.
It behaves like any other day while it is live, and archives itself once it has passed — the pickup it produced and the orders on it are untouched.
A one-off day cannot host a recurring subscription. If you want subscribers, the day has to repeat.
