Terms of Service — Bakeable

1. Acceptance

By creating a Bakeable account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getbakeable.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Bakeable is for lawful cottage food and micro-bakery businesses. You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, to sell prohibited goods, to spam your customers, or to misrepresent your products. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and fees

Platform fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe or Square directly. Refunds for platform fees are issued at our discretion. Customer order refunds are your responsibility to process through the platform.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, product descriptions, branding). You grant Bakeable a limited licence to display this content to your customers through the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

Bakeable is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Bakeable after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
