Order labels and scanning at pickup

Printing labels for bagged orders and checking customers off as they arrive.

Labels turn a table of paper bags into something you can hand over without asking anyone their name twice. Settings β†’ Order Labels controls what goes on them and what size they print at.

Scanning at handover

Each label carries a code. Scanning it on your phone opens that order β€” what is in it, who it belongs to, and whether it has already been collected. It is the fastest way to work a queue at a market stall where you cannot see your screen.

Scanning is a lookup, not a payment step. Every order in Bakeable is paid before it reaches your bake sheet, so there is nothing to collect at the table.
