When you get paid
Where customer money goes, who controls the payout schedule, and where to see it.
Customer money goes to your own Stripe or Square account, not to Bakeable. We never hold your takings.
That means the payout schedule — how quickly money moves from your processor to your bank — is set in Stripe or Square, not in Bakeable. New accounts typically wait a few days for the first payout and settle into a rolling schedule after that. Change it in your processor’s dashboard.
What you can see in Bakeable
- Finances → Sales — what you have sold, over time.
- Finances → Orders — the orders behind those numbers.
- Finances → Transactions — the payment-by-payment ledger, including refunds and fees.
These figures are your sales, which is not the same as your bank balance. Processor fees and payout timing sit between the two — reconcile against your processor’s dashboard, not against Bakeable, at tax time.
